and got so drunk the last time i drank
that i actually felt a bit afraid to drink anymore.
But
nobody seems to believe me
when i told them i will quit drinking
1 afternoon during lunch
the subject of quitting alco and smoking came up
and i wonder is it harder to quit
DRINKING
than
SMOKING ?
i mean,
you have nicotine patches to help people stop smoking
but is there such thing as alcohol patches?
and theres rehab for alcoholics but none for smokers.
Nicotine patches are cheap
but
rehab costs a fortune
Alcoholics seem to have thier lives upside down
but
smokers dont really seem to have a big huge impacts in their lives.
of course not counting (in both cases)
liver desease
and
lung disease.
even if you are successful in staying sober
or not smoking for quite a long time,
it's easy to get tempted to get a can of beer
or just a glass of wine
and also as easy to take a smoke.
Maybe its because it is easy to be tempted
than resist in any case...
example : chocolates....
hehe
Devil's so ever ready for you to fall!
its all so weird.
but one thing for sure ;
over consuming both
KILLS!
if you were a
SMOKER

and
DRINKER

Which would you choose to
QUIT ?
